Hello, I'm Darlene, for the past twenty-two years I have called San Antonio home, raised my family and worked in the Special Event Industry, producing thousands of events in our amazing destination. Off-premise catering to city-wide transportation systems for thousands, I have had the opportunity to be of service for a diverse client list with multi-layered programs. Understanding how our city shines for groups, both large and small, and how to introduce the most powerful partners into the equation, and bring the best opportunity for success are really my value.
Understanding budgets, timelines, and the need to excel in creating the return for your investment is what inspired me to open Out & About. From even the smallest of touchpoints, there must be a measurable return on your dollars invested. It all matters.
