Riverwalk, Ultimate Team Challenge: a great way to get to know more about our architecture, history, legend and lore. This totally customizable program allows to take to it to the streets or provide an on-site exploration of our city.

Morgan's Wonderland: we are home to the world's first ultra-accessible and special needs theme park, and this magnificent campus is wide open to welcoming groups of all size to spend time on their on-going projects to keep the park maintained.


Legends and Lore - Walking Through our History

Visit some of our legendary, larger-than-life haunts. Our tour guide will provide commentary as we make our way to the Buckhorn Saloon and Museum that showcases a show stopping horn collection, cowboy memorabilia and fish from the seven seas. This exceptional locale is hard to explain but is sure to be a visit you will never forget. Then we will explore the art history and culture of the American West at the Briscoe Western Art Museum. This extensive collection offers a permanent display of western art and artifacts spread throughout nine galleries with paintings, sculptures, photography, and historical relics. The Briscoe weaves together stories of the American Indian, Vaquero, American Cowboy, pioneering women and others that defined the American West.

UNESCO World Heritage Site - The Spanish Mission Trail

In the 18th century, Spanish priests established five Catholic missions along the San Antonio River. The systems instituted by the friars led to an ethnically diverse society that continues to influence our city. Today, the five missions (Mission San Antonio de Valero, Mission San Jose, Mission Concepcion, Mission San Juan and Mission Espada) represent the largest concentration of Spanish colonial missions in North America and have been named a World Heritage Site by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) which encourages the identification, protection and preservation of cultural and national heritage around the world. We will tour three of the five missions, four of which still have active Catholic parishes that hold regular services.

Shopping and Exploring in the Pearl District

There are lots of ways to think about the new Pearl District - it's a new take on an old neighborhood; it's a place to live and shop; it's an extension of the River North project. But originally only one thought was on our minds - food! Food brings us together and helps us tell stories about who we are and where we come from. Home to the third U.S. campus of The Culinary Institute of America, the Pearl has a rich history that is added to and upheld by the many people who have ties to the place - the buildings, the river, and the brewery since its founding in 1881. Pearl is also a place where we like to get together - to share meals, to learn, to work, to live. With fifteen restaurants and cafes, thirteen retailers and eighteen resident businesses, this neighborhood is always full of life and activity. Explore, dine, shop and play - the San Antonio way. On Saturdays and Sundays, plan to come early and experience the Farmers Market.

Culinary Adventures

On Oct. 31 2017, UNESCO named San Antonio a Creative City of Gastronomy, an honor currently held by 26 cities around the world. Only two of those - San Antonio and Tucson, Arizona - are in the United States.

San Antonio's designation pays tribute to the food traditions left by a vast confluence of cultures here: American Indians followed by Spaniards, Canary Islanders, Mexicans, Germans and others in a torrent of migration that's spanned more than 13,000 years and continues today.

Bring your sense of adventure along for a day exploring our culinary scene - as we progress from "Tex - Mex" to "Tex - Next!"


Olive Oil Tasting Experience

Let your palate be your guide as Sandy Winoker, owner of Sandy Oaks Olive Orchard, leads you through an introductory sampling of olive oils. You'll begin to get acquainted with their flavor complexities, such as fruitiness, bitterness and pepperiness! Learn how to prepare the perfect salad dressing, as well as other culinary tips on how to use olive oil. Discover the secret to understanding labels and concepts as well as health benefits.

Following your tasting, guests will be served a delicious lunch featuring salad with olive loaf bread, chicken and beef kabobs with puttanesca sauce and to round out the day, olive oil gelato.

Texas wines will be served alongside the meal.

Each guest will receive a gift upon departure, hand picked by Sandy.

Discover your inner sleuth in this fast-moving, authentically San Antonian team challenge! Our San Antonio Ultimate Scavenger Hunt is part city tour, part energetic competition. We zip around town stopping at major landmarks and offbeat spots to take photos, solve clues, decipher riddles, play games, and gather items. This event is so much fun people won't even realize that by the end they'll have seen many of the attractions San Antonio is known for and understand what makes San Antonio tick. We'll keep score, of course, and round off the event with a lighthearted awards ceremony with prizes for the winning team. You can't find a more fun way to spend an afternoon in San Antonio!
